Use this link to Register for Intermediate AT Camp.
Registration for AT Camp will be through a new platform called Ideal-Logic. To register, you must first make an Ideal-Logic account. Follow the steps below to create an account.
- Once registration has opened you can use the direct link for the desired camp to register.
- Create a new Ideal-Logic account by signing in with Google, Microsoft, or click the “Creating a New Account” link. Note: Once an Ideal-Logic account has been set up, you can log in by entering an email and password.
- Select “I am a parent or guardian registering my child or dependent” and click “continue”.
- If an employee is bringing a child that is not their dependent, their parent/guardian will be prompted to create an Ideal-Logic account using a “Non-Texas State Login”.
- Enter your information. You may receive a one-time code to create a password for your account depending on how you chose to login.
Cost: $475 covers camp tuition, all meals, three nights lodging in Texas State University residence hall, all instructional materials and supplies, and a camp T-shirt
- Either experience OR formal education needed.
- This camp is meant for campers who have been Athletic Training Student Aides at their school
- Please provide written documentation from the supervising athletic trainer with the application.***
- Many campers who attend the Intermediate Athletic Training Summer Camp have year(s) of experience helping with sports teams, but no formal education.
OR campers who have taken TSATA’s Sports Medicine course(s) or a Health Science course that may be offered at their school.
- These courses may not be offered at all schools.
- Evidence of enrollment/completion of these course(s) must accompany the application at time of registration and be demonstrated through the submission of a high school transcript or letter from their high school counselor or course instructor.***
- If the camper has already taken one of these courses AND has experience, please see our Advanced Camp.
- OR campers eligible for this camp may have also attended Texas State University’s Beginner Athletic Training Summer Camp in previous years.
- Please indicate year of attendance on application.
- Please be prepared with ALL documentation at the time of registration.

In order to accommodate those with previous experience with taping, we will also have an advanced taping session during the Intermediate Athletic Training Summer Camp.
