Camp Fees/Registration

Registration for AT Camp will be through a new platform called Ideal-Logic. To register, you must first make an Ideal-Logic account. Follow the steps below to create an account. 

Make sure registration is through the correct camp level attending.

1.  Once registration has opened you can use the direct link for the desired camp to register.
2. Create a new Ideal-Logic account by signing in with Google, Microsoft, or click the “Creating a New Account” link. Note: Once an Ideal-Logic account has been set up, you can log in by entering an email and password. 
3. Select “I am a parent or guardian registering my child or dependent” and click “continue”. 
   1. If an employee is bringing a child that is not their dependent, their parent/guardian will be prompted to create an Ideal-Logic account using a “Non-Texas State Login”.  
   2. Enter your information. You may receive a one-time code to create a password for your account depending on how you chose to login.  

Registrations must be completed online by respective dates. 

Camp Cost: $475          
Camp tuition, all meals, three nights lodging in Texas State University residence halls, all instructional materials and supplies, and a camp T-shirt. 

Early registration deadline:            
Beginner: May 8, 2026            
Intermediate: May 14, 2026            
Advanced: May 18, 2026

After early registration deadline a $50 late fee per application will be applied.

Late Registration Fee:  $50 will be charged after the early registration deadline for signing up for your specific camp session         
Total cost of camp after early registration is $525 per person.  This additional fee reflects the increased cost charged to our camp by Texas State University for any housing reservations made after this deadline. 

Group Discount:  When 3 or more students from the same high school register together, they each will each receive a $25 discount, reducing the registration fee to $450 per camper. To receive the group discount, a designated adult (parent, athletic trainer, etc) will complete the form and upload it through Ideal-Logic.  Parent emails provided by the designated adult will then receive an email from the system to register their camper(s).
