Camp Fees

Camp Cost: $440 Covers: 

Camp tuition, all meals, three nights lodging in Texas State University residence halls, all instructional materials and supplies, and a camp T-shirt

Early registration deadlines: (Registrations must be postmarked by respective dates.)

  • Beginner: May 8, 2025
  • Intermediate: May 2, 2025
  • Advanced: May 8,2025

Late Registration Fee:  $50 will be charged after the early registration deadline for signing up for your specific camp session

  • Total cost of camp after early registration is $490 per person.
  • This additional fee reflects the increased cost charged to our camp by Texas State University for any housing reservations made after this deadline.

Group Discounts: (Please include all registrations in same envelope and indicate “Group Discount” on application.)     

  • $40 discount when 3 or more students register together!
  • Registration fee $400 per camper
  • Late registration fees of $50 per application will still apply

Scholarships:

  • Texas State Athletic Training Summer Camps give out $100 coupons at student symposiums and conferences.
  • Texas State Athletic Training Summer Camps do not offer scholarships.
  • For the many years, NHMI offered the Letendre Student Athletic Training Summer School Scholarship. This scholarship provides funds for students interested in careers in the sports medicine field of athletic training to attend a summer camp.
